Health Data Essentials acquired by Peak Health Solutions

Peak Health Solutions, an information services firm, has acquired Health Data Essentials, a consulting firm that works with health plans contracting with the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Peak, headquartered in Atlanta, plans for the assets of the Baltimore-based firm to expand its capability to provide quality reporting and risk adjustment services, and a platform to capture information via EHR.
