Peake, Vital team to provide universal viewer

Peake Healthcare Innovations and Vital Images, a Toshiba Medical Systems Group company, have partnered to provide the VitreaView universal viewer in a software as a service (SaaS) model hosted from Peake’s cloud-based PACS vendor neutral archive.

VitreaView is a zero-footprint, zero-download viewer accessible to clinical desktops through EMR or portal integration via the PeakeSecure Care Enabler system.

The SaaS model for hosting VitreaView will be commercially available spring 2012, with the first deployment scheduled to go live at Johns Hopkins Medicine. clear cache group test 8
