Rep. Cruz introduces Obamacare Repeal Act

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) has unveiled an "Obamacare Repeal Act" that would repeal the act "as if such Act had not been enacted," according to the National Review Online

“This repeal bill is pro-growth, pro-jobs, and pro-liberty,” Cruz said in a statement on the bill, according to the story. “It provides time for Congress to start over, to pass true market-based reforms that will allow the purchase of insurance across state lines, expand health savings accounts, and make health insurance, personal, portable and affordable.”
