Medical group partners with DrFirst
The National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) is partnering with e-prescribing software provider DrFirst to offer e-prescribing, meaningful use and patient medication adherence programs to NHMA members.
Many NHMA members are small practice physicians who treat a growing number of Medicaid, Medicare and uninsured patients, and need access to reasonably priced software to meet meaningful use incentives and e-prescribing requirements, according to the Washington, D.C.-based non-profit organization.
NHMA member providers will have access to the DrFirst tools for e-prescribing, physician quality reporting, for assessing meaningful use compliance and for gauging medication adherence, the Rockville, Md.-based company stated.
