$400K settlement reached in Mo. medical records case

 

Kansas City-based Midwest Women’s Health Specialists has reached a settlement with 1,500 of its clients after their personal medical records were blown by winds across a neighborhood after disposal, reports KMBC.com.

No evidence exists showing that the records were used improperly, however both sides of the case were pleased with the outcome.
