Broward Health CEO dies of self-inflicted gunshot wound

Nabil El Sanadi, MD, the CEO and President of Broward Health in Florida, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Jan. 23, the Sun Sentinel reports. Broward Health is one of the 10 largest public health systems in the U.S., has more than 8,000 employees and 1,800 physicians, and serves hundreds of thousands of patients each year.
