Making EHR's easier shouldn't be so hard

The pros and cons of electronic health records (EHRs) have been prominent discussions in healthcare for a while now. This technology has the potential to improve wait times, make data secure and make work easier for physicians, but, in some cases, it seems to be doing the exact opposite.

In athenahealth’s new white paper, “The Reimagined EHR: Improving the Physician Experience," the healthcare organization lays down plans to improve the way EHRs are currently used and hopes to make this technology easier for all clinicians.
