Integrated Solutions Group, Inc. Acquires California-based Data Strategies, Inc.

WICHITA, Kan., July 12, 2013 -- Integrated Solutions Group, Inc. (ISG), a Hutchinson-based corporation and parent company of Professional Data Services, Inc., (PDS) has acquired Data Strategies, Inc. (DSI) out of Poway, Calif. The acquisition will significantly grow the company's foothold in the electronic health records (EHR) industry and position it as a national player within the ambulatory medical practice community.

"As a company that is always looking to the future, the opportunity to expand was extremely exciting – and having a partner on the Pacific coast, a region steeped in technological innovation, is a huge boost to our business," said Gary Hobbs, president of ISG. "Within our ever-changing industry, customer service, product options and company stability reign supreme. This acquisition strengthens our offerings in all of these areas."

The purchase of DSI results in a doubling of staff and customers. The number of physicians served has grown to 6,000, increasing ISG's presence in the ambulatory medical practice community by 100 percent. ISG products can be found in 44 states, up from the 30 it previously served.

Integrated Solutions Group, Inc. will now offer MDsuite, a complete ambulatory EHR and ONC Meaningful Use Stage 1 – soon to be Stage 2 – Certified software suite. MDsuite includes revenue cycle management capabilities in addition to practice management and electronic health records. Professional Data Services, Inc. will also continue to offer PDS Cortex and McKesson's Practice Partner.

"For practices looking to strengthen their medical records management, MDsuite brings the advantage of being a single-database solution with a nationwide staff, providing customer service from all U.S. time zones," said Les Jacobs, vice chairman and director of operations of DSI.
