Faulkner's strategy to keep Epic private

The 71-year-old CEO of privately held EHR giant Epic has no plans to slow down any time soon but has devised a plan to keep her company private well into the future. Much of Judith Faulkner's holdings will go to a specially created charitable foundation that will operate and fund not-for-profit organizations in healthcare and other areas. Read more:
