Northeastern Pa. HIE signs Covisint for clinical messaging

Northeastern Pennsylvania Health Information Exchange (NEPA HIE) has selected cloud computing software developer Covisint to assist with clinical messaging support.

With Covisint ExchangeLink, NEPA HIE physicians will receive the clinical and administrative information at the point of care, according to Covisint.

NEPA HIE enlisted Covisint to expedite adoption of healthcare technology among member physicians. NEPA HIE also will use Covisint's platform-as-a-service, Covisint ExchangeLink for Healthcare, to minimize workflow disruption, the Detroit-based company stated.
