MeHI offers grants for information exchange

The Massachusetts e-Health Institute has launched a new grant program that seeks to bolster the exchange and use of EHR exchanges among providers.

The Connected Communities Implementation Grant Program will fund projects that help strengthen connections between providers, improve access to clinical information and support clinical outcomes and treatment efficiency.

Projects can receive maximum grants of $500,000, with payments distributed in phases of up to $25,000.
