NSA intercepted data, including medical records, from U.S. citizens

The National Security Agency intercepted communications from ordinary internet users—American and non-American alike—far more often than those foreigners the agency was legally targeting. Among such “incidental collection” were medical records, according to an investigative article from the Washington Post.
