Jordan Health Products partners with Pacific Medical, its fifth acquisition

Jordan Health Products, an owner of medical, surgical and diagnostic imaging equipment companies, has acquired Pacific Medical, a medical equipment retailer based in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Pacific Medical, founded in 2005 by Andy Bonin, specializes in patient monitoring devices and their corresponding accessories.

Bonin is betting that the partnership will give his company the growth it needs to reach untapped market segments.

"We are really excited about the partnership with Jordan Health Products," Bonin said in a statement. "I anticipate JHP will help us expand into the rapidly growing, highly fragmented global equipment market."

Other companies in Jordan Health’s portfolio include Global Medical Imaging in Charlotte, North Carolina; DRE Medical Group in Louisville, Kentucky; Integrated Rental Services also in Louisville; and Oncology Services International in Montebello, New York.
