ACA premium hikes in 4 states left up to federal regulators to review
In Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, reviewing health insurance marketplaces rates is left up to the federal government, which could be a big challenge in a year where insurers are proposing 60 percent hikes in premiums.
