Wellmark raising exchange premiums up to 43 percent in Iowa

With insurers large and small making decisions whether they’ll offer coverage on health insurance marketplaces in 2017some choosing to leave and others teasing expansion—the largest provider of individual policies in Iowa is proposing large increases in premiums next year.
