NBA names Kaiser as its first-ever healthcare partner

The National Basketball Association has named Kaiser Permanente as its first-ever healthcare partner, reports Forbes

Under the multi-year deal, Kaiser will become the Official Health Care Partner of the NBA, WNBA, NBA D-League and USA Basketball. The healthcare provider will serve as a medical expert and consultant for the NBA on health and wellness programming, and the two organizations will develop an annual NBA Health and Wellness Forum, according to the story.
