Republications in the House of Representatives have filed a lawsuit against President Obama over the Affordable Care Act, reports Los Angeles Times.

While legal scholars call it “a long shot,” if successful it could jeopardize billions of dollars in aid to help low income individuals and families access medical care, according to the article.
