Merger results in Quatris Health

On January 1, Alliance Healthcare Solutions and Final Support merged to form Quatris Health, the largest privately held company authorized to sell and support GE Healthcare’s Centricity Practice Solution. The new company builds on Alliance and Final Support’s combined 25 years of experience implementing, supporting and hosting the practice management and EMR software products.

While both Alliance and Final Support offered cloud data hosting services, the new company looks to develop this sideline into an essential part of the business. As of its formation, Quatris Health is responsible for the storage and backup of more than 18 million patient health records.

Over the next few months, the company will focus on strengthening its relationship with GE Healthcare.

Quatris Health will maintain offices in Bedford, Texas; Rocklin, Calif.; Fort Wayne, Ind.; and Kailua, Hawaii. Further information can be found on the company’s website, Quatris.com.
