WEDI names 2013 officers

The Workgroup for Electronic Data Exchange announced the 2013 class of officers for its board of directors.

Jim Daley, director of risk & compliance for BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, will serve as the chair; Jean Narcisi, director of dental information for the American Dental Association, will serve as chair-elect; Gail Kocher, director of the industry standards and e-health team for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, will serve as vice chair of administration and operations; Laurie Darst, regulatory advisor for the department of finance at Mayo Clinic, will serve as vice chair of programs and services; and Rob Tennant, senior policy advisor with the government affairs department for the Medical Group Management Association, will serve as vice chair of marketing and communications.
