Dell offers EMR implementation assistance

Dell, to assist implementing an EMR system, is providing Dell Clinical Service Desk–one continual point of contact for support.

The approach leverages Dell’s technical and clinical knowledge to fill a gap where traditional support services leave off, according to the Plano, Texas-based technology company.

Dell can assist EMR implementations from turnkey EMR tools to customized services by offering practice management and EMR software, infrastructure tools and a service portfolio including program planning, clinical workflow optimization and clinical support.

Clinical Service Desk is aided by the Command Center Live Support Service, Affiliated Practice Support Service, Technical Service Desk and Dell ProSupport for hardware, the company added.
