Vegas imaging center installs Toshiba 3T MR

Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging Center in Las Vegas has installed Toshiba America Medical Systems’ Vantage Titan 3T.

The Vantage Titan 3T has an open bore with a 71 cm aperture and features Pianissimo noise-reduction technology, which reduces exam noise by up to 33 dB(A), Toshiba said. The system is also equipped with multi-port transmission, a radiofrequency transmission technology which allows artifact-free body imaging, according to the Tustin, Calif.-based company.
