Zoll X Series monitor/defibrillator cleared for EMS market
The FDA has given the 510(k) nod to Zoll’s monitor/defibrillator designed for emergency medical services, the X Series.
The model line combines defibrillation, pacing and CPR assistance with advanced monitoring parameters. According to the company, the EMS monitor/defibrillator is able to communicate via Bluetooth, wi-fi or USB cellular modem. It integrates with Zoll’s RescueNet resuscitation-management software.
