It's time for the annual CMIO Compensation Survey. CMIOs and other health IT leaders are invited to help CMIO compile a comprehensive view of the trends in the industry and the factors that are most important when determining salary. Three participants will win a $100 Visa gift card.

Individual answers will be kept confidential and will be used only in aggregate by CMIO for tabulating the results of this survey. Polling is open through Jan. 6 but don't delay! Only health IT executives who work for healthcare organizations may participate.

The results will be published in the February issue of CMIO and online at CMIO.net, and distributed at the 2012 Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society conference.
