Piedmont utilizes Telehealth Services

Piedmont Healthcare is partnering with Telehealth Services to implement an enterprise-wide TIGR system, which provides on-demand patient education and engagement solutions to the hospitals within the system.

Telehealth's TIGR system includes patient surveying and reporting to assist in service recovery, according to the Raleigh, N.C.-based company, and the implementation also upgrades to the healthcare television system.
