Eizo to release new medical monitors

Eizo Nanao will produce new RadiForce diagnostic and clinical review monitors this fall.

The RadiForce RX840 diagnostic color monitor features an eight megapixel high resolution 36.4-inch screen and an LED backlight, maintaining a high brightness level for 25,000 hours, according to the Ishikawa, Japan-based company. The RadiForce MX270W clinical review monitor has a 27-inch screen with an LED backlight, and incorporates an integrated front sensor, which measures grayscale tones according to a user-determined schedule.

The RX840 and MX270W are each scheduled for mass production; in October and November, respectively.
