Numera partners with HealthTrio for biometric integration

Numera has entered into a partnership with HealthTrio.

The alliance provides HealthTrio customers the ability to integrate biometric information from dozens of health monitoring devices directly into the HealthTrio Personal Health Record (PHR). This new functionality will be available to over 12 million current HealthTrio PHR subscribers as an upgrade, and to new customers as a simple configuration at the time of installation.

Under the partnership agreement, Denver-based HealthTrio, a provider of healthcare information technology, will integrate Numera|Engage analytic software into the HealthTrio PHR. When a HealthTrio customer has a need to gather measured health information, Numera|Engage services will be provided by Numera to deploy measurement equipment, communication hubs and training to program managers, according to the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based provider of telehealth technologies.
