Attestation achievers

CMIO presents a sample of organizations that have achieved attestation for the Medicare/Medicaid EHR incentive program.

To qualify for Medicare incentive payments, eligible providers and eligible hospitals must attest that they have met the requirements for meaningful use of certified EHRs. Providers seeking to qualify for the Medicaid incentive program must follow a similar process using the attestation system in their state.
