Agfa bumps price of medical film

Agfa HealthCare has increased prices on medical film by as much as 70 percent.

The Mortsel, Belgium-based provider of diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT systems attributed the increase to the price of silver, a key ingredient of medical film, which has tripled over the last 14 months.
