Ark. REC selects Medical Informatics Engineering as preferred EHR

HITArkansas, the regional extension center (REC) for Arkansas, has selected Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE) as a preferred EHR vendor.

MIE's WebChart EHR will assist HITArkansas’ participating healthcare providers' transition from paper to EHRs, stated MIE, a Fort Wayne, Ind.-based EHR product developer.

Practice areas eligible to utilize HITArkansas services include priority primary care physicians--family practice, general practice, internal medicine, obstetric/gynecology and pediatric physicians.
