Greenway, HP collaborate for custom EHRs

Greenway Medical Technologies is collaborating with HP to offer custom EHR tools to assist care and automate healthcare processes in medical practices.

Greenway's PrimeSUITE 2011 EHR, practice management and interoperability software and HP hardware will be available to provide custom EHRs for each client's healthcare setting, according to Greenway, of Carrollton, Ga.

This joint delivery and marketing agreement will help spur EHR adoption through HP's Elite Partner Program through which Greenway's tools are offered as part of HP's EHReady program, Greenway stated. Healthcare organizations may choose to deploy the EHR technology in the cloud or on-site.

The combined Greenway-HP product line will be available directly from Greenway and through authorized resellers, and will be distributed by TechData.
