Varolii debuts two new comm tools

Varolii has released two products to help healthcare organizations reach and engage patients in their healthcare.

Both Varolii Enrollment and Varolii Progressive Engagement come equipped with pre-built automated, configurable  messages. Varolii Enrollment helps recruit patients through two interactive, automated conversations:

  • Engage informs patients with information to help lead to a healthier lifestyle and potentially reduce disease risk, and Enrolloffers patients the option to sign up for a healthcare management or support program, according to the Seattle-based company.  
    • Varolii Progressive Engagement is designed to help disease management and enroll and engage patients. Its Monitor function checks with patients to monitor a health condition or any medication or other side effects.The Reminder feature reminds patients about upcoming appointments and offers options to reschedule, if needed.Re-engage provides proactive outreach to patients if they are enrolled in a program but have not taken any action.
