Gateway EDI merges with TriZetto

The TriZetto Group has acquired revenue management company Gateway EDI, which it will now operate as a subsidiary under investment to integrate the two companies’ revenue platforms.

TriZetto, which is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colo., and develops revenue and network management programs for healthcare providers, said it will operate St. Louis-based Gateway EDI as an independent subsidiary, leaving the company’s current leadership team in place. Together, the two companies plan to provide health IT software and services to deliver integrated end-to-end real-time payment information, TriZetto said.
