St. Anthony's enlists REACH3 for CRM

St. Anthony's Medical Center, based in the St. Louis, has gone live with REACH3's CRM Custom healthcare customer relationship management to assist its patient outreach efforts.

To complement the CRM technology, REACH3 is combining St. Anthony's internal data with its psychographic, geographic and demographic information to help the medical center implement marketing campaigns, according to REACH3, based in Verona, Wis.
