Orion Health integration engine gets an update

Orion Health has updated its Rhapsody integration engine, adding a unit testing framework and a graphical interface for complex routing.

The testing framework speeds interface development by multiple scenarios and configurations. Test scenarios are stored within the configuration and can be run as regression tests when later changes are required, according to the Santa Monica, Calif.-based company.

Orion Health Rhapsody version 4.1’s new conditional routing interface, integrated with the new unit testing framework, can accelerate both the initial configuration and later edits by storing the tests for later use. OEMs will benefit from the unattended installation and configuration deployment, the company stated.

Rhapsody 4.1 also supports communication protocols and message formats, ensuring connectivity among healthcare information systems.
