REACH3 offers web-based CRM tools

REACH3 has launched Health e-Strategy customer relationship management (CRM) software to enable health systems to engage patients online via the web, email and social networks.

REACH3's Health e-Strategy allows providers collect and integrate email addresses; customize email communication for individual recipients; and enable targeted recipients to "share" hospital communications with their social networks, the Verona, Wis.-based software company stated.

Health e-Strategy is composed of:

  • Health e-Registration, a module that builds integrated registration forms and collects names, addresses from those visiting their websites;
  • Health e-pURLs (personalized URLs), a personalized web page based on patients' health needs. Once the page is accessed, this feature captures email addresses and other information via a series of short questions;
  • Health e-Communicate, which generates customizable HTML-style emails, including a library of images and pre-written content based on service lines; and
  • Health e-Social Network, which monitors posts about a customer facility on public social networks.
