Healthmed Services rolls out HealthTrac

Healthmed Services has launched HealthTrac, a web-based, open-source practice management tool for hospitals and physicians.

HealthTrac provides practice management, sales and marketing capabiliites, according to Healthmed, of Sunnyvale, Calif.

The company is also beta-testing its Virtual Vantage, a remote access client software which will allow the iPad device to communicate with a desktop PC or server, and anticipates its launch late this year.
