AirStrip Patient Monitoring hits Apple mobile products

AirStrip Technologies' AirStrip Patient Monitoring app is now available to download from the Apple App Store.

AirStrip Patient Monitoring sends patient information directly from hospital monitoring systems, bedside devices and EHRs to a clinician’s mobile device. It is a native tool on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, the San Antonio-based mobile medical software applications company stated.

The iPad version offers patient monitoring surveillance screens, allowing a user to follow the waveforms of several patients at once, the company added.

AirStrip Patient Monitoring was cleared by the FDA under the title AirStrip Critical Care.
