Voalt doubles staff size

Voalté, a developer of point-of-care communications software for smart phone devices, has added five new team members, doubling the size of its staff since the beginning of the year.

Chris Coffey joins Voalté as project manager for hospital installations; Justin Kirby joins Voalté’s engineering team as a server developer; Tricia Wren will lead Voalté’s accounting team as staff accountant; and Jeff Antonio and Judy Thompson were appointed Voalté care specialists, working onsite at Voalté’s client hospitals, the company stated.

According to Sarasota, Fla.-based Voalté, the company expects to double in size again by early 2011.
