Sage releases lastest version of Intergy

Sage North America’s Sage Healthcare Division has released two new products: Sage Intergy version 6.10 and the Sage Intergy Meaningful Use Edition.

Sage Intergy Version 6.10 includes changes to the practice management software designed to meet industry certifications, such as the Certification Commission for Health IT (CCHIT) 2011 Ambulatory EHR certification and upcoming meaningful use certification, according to the Tampa, Fla.-based Sage. The meaningful use edition expands on the functionality in version 6.10 by providing physicians with additional tools for patient engagement and meaningful use reporting.

The Intergy update includes a dashboard analysis tool that can be used by providers and practices to track performance against clinical quality measures included in the meaningful use guidelines. The dashboard will also allow providers to scorecard performance against indicators that measure how they use the system in relation to the meaningful use criteria, Sage stated.

Version 6.10 includes additions to assist interoperability between Sage Intergy and health information exchanges including the added ability for patients to view statements and pay bills online and receive secure health reminders from their providers in the Sage Intergy Practice Portal, the company stated.
