QuadraMed partners with CPM Resource Center

QuadraMed and the CPM Resource Center (CPMRC), an Elsevier company, have entered into a partnership to provide QuadraMed's clients with nursing and allied health clinical documentation, care planning, clinical practice guidelines and transformation services.

The CPMRC, based in Grand Rapids, Mich., offers evidence-based clinical content products and practice transformation services to QuadraMed to create an interdisciplinary integration. With QuadraMed's integrated computerized-patient record technology, clients will be able to bring evidence-based information to the patient at the point-of-care, the company stated.

As a result of the partnership, QuadraMed clients will be able to join the CPMRC International Consortium, a voluntary organization made up of hundreds of hospitals, health systems and educational institutions, according to Reston, Va.-based QuadraMed. The technology also will seek to improve the education of clinicians on the use of health IT, the company added.
