PACSGear acquires NAI Tech

PACSGear has acquired all assets of NAI Tech Products, a Auburn, Calif.-based developer of digital video capture of medical images, for an undisclosed sum.

The Pleasanton, Calif.-based company said the acquisition will enable it to offer a line of video capture products that complement its PACS/EHR connectivity platform.

“These [additional] products [will] give hospitals with legacy imaging equipment a platform to connect and share images,” said Brian J. Cavanaugh, president of PACSGear.
