MEDecision founder re-takes reins due to Storrer's resignation

The founder of MEDecision, David St. Clair, will suspend his retirement to re-join the company as CEO, replacing Scott A. Storrer, who has resigned to pursue other interests.

St. Clair will remain in the position during the search for Storrer’s permanent replacement.

Since his retirement in January, St. Clair has maintained a role with MEDecision as a member of its board of directors. He founded the company in 1988 to offer healthcare organizations collaborative healthcare management technologies.
