Kaiser Family Foundation to move from Menlo Park to San Francisco
The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation (KFF) announced it will relocate its headquarters from Menlo Park, California, to San Francisco.
The new location, which will include an event space for KFF events, is in the city's China Basin neighborhood. The previous location was near Silicon Valley and considered "a major part of KFF’s investment portfolio."
“We are moving to give KFF a stronger future with a much greater capacity in San Francisco to bring people together in our new headquarters to discuss health policy issues,” said KFF President and CEO Drew Altman in a prepared statement. “We intend to remain what we have always been, a national health policy organization based in the west, with an effective presence in D.C."
