Communication, on the other hand, is not so prevalent. In fact, I would observe that our society appears to have reached the nadir of its ability to explain, listen, and interact. As a health care leader, your ability to communicate is an essential and powerful asset, but with all of the noise and talk out there, it is not enough to simply communicate any longer. You must over-communicate, believes Dolan Dalpoas, FACHE, CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
