Joint Commission appoints Michael Kaba as new chief human resources officer

The Joint Commission has announced its new chief human resources officer will be Michael W. Kaba, MBA, MS.

Kaba will be responsible for all human resources activities, such as talent searches and education, employee relations, benefits and compensation, professional education and the company Resource Center. Kaba comes to the Joint Commission with 20 years of experience in human resources, with North America for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Case New Holland and Hewitt Associates.

“I am delighted to welcome Mike as the leader of our Human Resources Department,” said Lynn Dragisic, executive vice president, Support Operations, The Joint Commission. “He joins The Joint Commission as a highly accomplished, results-oriented executive and his background includes broad knowledge across all HR competencies.”
